DELIVERY
We do not currently offer a delivery service for online orders. To receive your order you will need to collect it from our shop at 147 Emmet Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8, D08 Y7N0. Please ensure that you bring your order number with you when collecting your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
It can take 2 business days (excluding weekends) to process your order and have it ready for collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

BIKE ASSEMBLY
All bikes sold by Frontline Bikes come fully assembled and serviced. You can also get your bike serviced for free within 6 weeks of purchasing it.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Bikes and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a refund, a shop credit or an alternative item.
• Bikes must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice.
• Bikes must not be used or altered in any way.
• Accessories must not be used and must be in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns of bikes or products that have been customised for customers.

Our returns policy does not apply to reduced or clearance items - these items are non-returnable.
